We’re not saying goals are bad. But if you never pause to vibe with what you’ve achieved, you’re just endlessly scrolling through your own life.

🔥 Today’s Practice: The Pause & Check

Before your next trade or after your last regret, run this:

Step 1 – Close the tabs.Step 2 – Ask:

“Where’s my head at right now?”Am I in the past (regret)?Am I in the future (fear/fomo)?Or am I actually in the now?

Step 3 – Take 3 deep breaths.No music. No distractions. Just you, your breath, and the void.Feel your chest rise. Exhale through your mouth with a sigh. Do it again.

Step 4 – Whisper to yourself (yes, out loud):

“I’m allowed to be here. I’m allowed to chill.”

You’ve just exited autopilot. Welcome back, now you can get back to trenching!
